Brief summary of purpose:
The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the employment life cycle of all employees, including the onboarding of new hires; ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and working with managers and employees to ensure a seamless onboarding process, while administratively supporting new hire programs including New Hire Orientation, New Leaders Orientation, and assigning required coursework in the University. Responsibilities also include providing administrative assistance to Human Resources functional areas including Employee Relations, Talent Management and Training/ Organizational Development as outlined below.
Reward and Recognition
High school diploma required, bachelors’ degree preferred
3-5 years administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required.
