Brief summary of purpose:
Human Resources Business Partner responsible for providing business knowledgeable HR expertise, employee relations and talent management support to business leaders. Consultative and proactive, this role’s focus is on building and sustaining relationships with Business Leaders, providing coaching and support and identifying barriers to organizational success (organizational design, training, recruiting, and compensation) to help drive and support appropriate change. Emphasizes knowledge of the business and works directly with Business Leaders to address their HR issues and ensure their resolution through center of expertise partners in Human Resources.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
License/Certificaton: SPHR or SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience: 5-7 years related Human Resources Experience
