    Brief summary of purpose:
    Primary responsibility is to provide a superior level of service and act in a consultative manner to ensure the growth and retention of ACO membership and partners.


    • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with key decision makers within the assigned ACOs.
    • Develop and implement strategies designed to retain membership and maximize FH enrollment within the assigned ACOs.
    • Maintain an in depth understanding of the contractual relationship with each ACO partner and speak with Fallon partners knowledgably about such.
    • Work as a liaison between the MassHealth department and other Fallon Health departments. Understand how actions taken by the Account Manager affect other areas of the organization.
    • Partner with Outreach in the participation of Fallon sponsored events, internal committees and programs.
    • Provide management with detailed feedback and consistent updates as they pertain to Fallon Health’s efforts to grow and maintain membership.
    • Support the creation of ACO governance presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
    • Ensure operating report requirements and SLAs for the ACO are being met.
    • Work with key constituents at the ACOs to identify topics of interest and areas of concern.
    • Support the creation and ongoing management of ACO specific governance mechanisms such as reports, websites, and content libraries.
    • Train internal and external staff as necessary on MassHealth ACO related topics.



    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


    Current driver’s license, travel required.



    • 4-5 years of relationship development, marketing or community outreach experience.
    • Knowledge of customer service, sales, outreach and marketing principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of Medicaid and health insurance products is desirable.
    • Microsoft Office, customer relationship management/database entry skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of time within Massachusetts in a defined territory.
    • Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to cover events
