We have a great newly created role that is so unique we are being open-minded about the type of talented sales people we may attract. It all depends on what the right person brings to the table for expertise in the Medicare field and if that includes a MA Producers License - even better! A great track record with outside sales and/or stellar account management experience will be highly desired as well. What makes this opportunity so unique is we could leverage two types of sales backgrounds in this role. On one hand the true “hunter” type of rep that grows a territory could lend itself very well and this could prove to be a lucrative endeavor. On the other hand, maybe you are more of a strong community based account manager and made a name for yourself as an exceptional relationship cultivator…this could still be a good spot for you. The Medicare Business Partner Account Manager type: Responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship with all contracted Medicare Business partners. This role is responsible for the annual implementation for each new marketing year that includes but not limited to: contractual obligations, sales support, performance analysis, IT reporting requirements along with training for re-certifications.
The Area Development Sales Executive type: Responsible for promoting Fallon Health’s Medicare Product offerings fostering membership growth and retention, and for establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations. Maintain the ability to think strategically and understand regional nuances and differences and have knowledge of public relations and branding strategies. Ensure maximum individual and team sales productivity and effectiveness through in-person & telephone sales via both outbound and inbound call resolution. Provide company and product information, generate sales quotes, resolve non-complex service issues and close sales.
Both offer a generous compensation package with a solid base plus commissions.
