    Brief summary of purpose

    Responsible for managing the creation, collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.  Maintains relationships with IT and functions as the liaison for all enhancement/change/and defect processes. Manage the creation of both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis; provide support for internal promotions, and assess future data needs and data integrity. Project manages technology initiatives for the Medicare Sales team.


    Data management, analysis, and reporting

    • Manage the collection, analysis, evaluation and reporting of data to increase sales productivity.
    • Manage the generation ad hoc reporting for sales and marketing.
    • Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
    • Perform data mining as needed in support of Sales operations.

    Technology support

    • Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business.
    • Serves as point of contact for sales tools internal helpdesk for the Sales team.
    • Support stategic Sales initiatives with requirements gathering functionality research, planning, implementation as required.
    • Gather and document complex functional specifications for new systems.
    • Manage sales system technology issues by supporting the design, testing and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.
    • Suggest, test and implement possible solutions for reported issues. Perform root cause analysis
    • Serve as primary contact for software vendors

    Analysis and Process Improvement


    • Review processes and make recommendations for efficiencies.
    • Perform process documentation and assist with process improvements or re-engineering.
    • Determine root cause for sales operational issues, collaboratively develop solution, and ensure resolution implemented and communicated appropriately
    • Lead cross functional teams to develop and execute technology solutions that will have sustained improvement to both member and client service with FCHP
    • Overse information flow and operational processes within FCHP and to external vendor making recommendations and for process improvements
    • Participate in identification and creation of new resources for strategic partners, including reporting, on-line tools, etc.



    Bachelor’s degree required



    Lean six sigma/PMP preferred



    • 5-7 years’ experience in an operations environment
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point. 
    • Experience in report development and Crystal reporting.
    • Strong ability to create SQL queries
    • Experience in data integrity analysis
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills- ability to facilitate meetings and requirements/reengineering sessions
    • Working knowledge of the healthcare industryStrong knowledge of project management and software development life cycles
