Brief summary of purpose:
Responsible for the development and coordination of all life enrichment activities at each PACE Day center location and the supervision of the Life Enrichment Assistants. This position oversees the development of programming, the management of staff, the oversight of supplies and related budget and pursues new ideas that all result in the provision of meaningful, purposeful experiences and brings joy to the participants. The Life Enrichment Manager will develop and implement therapeutic activity programming in conjunction with PACE center staff and restorative consultants (PT, OT, ST) that encompasses all facets of a person’s being: physical, social, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual. The programming includes on-site and off-site experiences including in the homes of PACE participants when relevant.
Primary Job Repsponsibilities
Education
High School Graduate, Associate or Bachelor's degreee preferred.
License/Certifications
Access to reliable transportation to facilitate travel throughout the service area to perform essential functions

Pay Range Disclosure:
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wage Transparency Act, the pay for this position is $ $60,000 annually which reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and fit with the role’s responsibilities.
