Brief summary of purpose:
The Payroll/HRIS Associate provides support for payroll processing and HRIS system maintenance. This role assists with data entry, employee record updates, system schedules, and responds to employee questions related to payroll and HRIS while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Experience
One to two years of payroll and/or HRIS experience, with a basic understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze information with guidance. Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and systems, follow established processes, and assist with problem resolution as needed. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and understand how assigned tasks support department operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and ask questions when clarification is needed. Ability to manage multiple tasks, remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities with direction. Demonstrated service orientation with attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness, and a commitment to supporting employee needs.
